Lori Jones

Lori Jones is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Haven Residential since February 2022. With prior experience as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Ivy Tech Community College, Lori has a strong background in human resources and event management. Lori's career includes significant roles at AIG as a Talent Advisor, where consulting with managers and leveraging recruiting resources was a key focus, and at Service Net, where management of recruitment processes and onboarding was emphasized. Lori began professional development in personnel management and operations, holding various positions that enhanced operational efficiency and client relations. Lori earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Indiana University Southeast.
