Joshua Dolan

Advisory Board Member at Haven

Joshua Dolan is a respected leader in the supply chain and logistics industry. Joshua has over 20 years of experience in the field, holding senior positions at some of the world's largest companies. Joshua is currently an advisory board member at Haven, a supply chain and logistics consulting firm.

Joshua began their career as a FTZ Manager at IKEA. Joshua then moved to Reebok, where they spent two years as a FTZ Specialist. In this role, Joshua was responsible for the management of Reebok's foreign trade zones.

Joshua then joined UPS Supply Chain Solutions as a Senior OnSite Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing UPS's operations at their clients' facilities. After three years with UPS, Joshua left to join Pep Boys as their Director of Supply Chain and Trade Compliance.

Joshua spent six years at Pep Boys, during which time they transformed the company's supply chain operations. Joshua streamline Pep Boys' import and export processes, saving the company millions of dollars each year.

In 2012, Joshua was recruited by Target to serve as their Vice President of Global Supply Chain - International Logistics. In this role, Joshua oversaw Target's entire international logistics operation, including transportation, distribution, and import/export compliance. Joshua was also responsible for Target's $550 million international logistics P&L.

After two years at Target, Joshua joined Amazon as their Director of Global Inbound Supply Chain & Logistics. In this role, Joshua was responsible for Amazon's cross-border supply chain and logistics operations, including national and private brands and 3rd party Sellers (FBA) flows globally. Joshua also led Amazon's 3rd Party commercial logistics platform business, including product development, pricing, and P&L ownership.

In 2016, Joshua left Amazon to join Cardinal Health as their SVP of Supply Chain. In this role, Joshua is responsible for Cardinal Health's entire supply chain operation, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customer service. Joshua has transformed Cardinal Health's supply chain operations, resulting in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction levels.

Joshua Dolan attended Harvard Business School, where they completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP). Joshua'sfocus was on organizational transformation, leadership, and economics. Joshua then attended Penn State University, where they earned their MBA in leadership, strategy, and supply chain management. Joshua was also involved in the Student Advisory Board while they were a student there. Lastly, they attended Bridgewater State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in global business, logistics, and finance.
