Francesca Sperl

Francesca Sperl has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as an Operations/Layouts Coordinator at News America Marketing. In this role, they successfully increased profit growth by $2.5 million in the FSI program and led the production of various magazines.

From 2013 to 2015, Francesca worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Darien Public Schools, where they differentiated instruction based on student ability, created lesson plans aligned with state standards, and tracked student progress.

In 2015, Francesca joined Groton Public Schools as an Elementary School Teacher, focusing on teaching students from diverse backgrounds, organizing parent involvement, and improving student reading skills by 90%.

Francesca then joined Goalbook in 2017 as a Content Contributor, designing teaching resources for professional development used in over 500 districts across 45 states.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked at StudyPoint as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for overseeing a K-12 private tutoring program, managing tutors and families, and maximizing student success.

Currently, Francesca is the Design Team Lead at Havenly, a position they started in 2022.

Francesca Sperl has a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Sacred Heart University, obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies from the same university, from 2004 to 2008. In addition, Francesca obtained a Provisional Elementary Education Certification K-6 in July 2015.
