Founded in 2023 by entrepreneurs Milton Zhou and Pravin, Havenn Pty Ltd (Havenn Tiny Houses) is Australia’s premier manufacturer of luxury micro-housing solutions. The company was established with a singular mission: to deliver a realistic, high-quality alternative to traditional housing that directly combats the severe cost-of-living and housing affordability pressures facing everyday Australians.
Unlike traditional builders, Havenn operates from a highly optimized, single-roof manufacturing facility in Truganina, Victoria. This consolidated footprint integrates design, engineering, corporate administration, and full-scale construction under one roof—guaranteeing strict architectural quality control, streamlined logistics, and accelerated build timelines.
Havenn specializes in engineering mobile, sustainable, and meticulously designed architectural micro-homes built on heavy-duty steel chassis. Positioned commercially as a direct, cost-effective alternative to newly built studio apartments, one-bedroom units, or standard granny flats, Havenn’s architectural builds offer genuine financial freedom without compromising on structural integrity or luxury.
