Eric Peltzer

Eric Peltzer is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Fund Accountant at Havenpark Communities since September 2019, Eric is responsible for preparing monthly bank reconciliations, managing financial entries related to acquisitions and dispositions, and ensuring accurate recording of capital calls and distributions.
