Wayne Bush

Wayne Bush has an extensive work experience in human resources and operations. Wayne is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Havenpark Communities since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nu Skin as the Vice President Global Human Resources, where they oversaw HR operations in multiple regions and provided strategic support to the company's president. Before Nu Skin, Wayne was the Director of Learning & Organization Development - Global Customer Services at eBay from 2010 to 2016. Wayne also held various HR positions at Eli Lilly and Company, including Director of Human Resources - Manufacturing and Quality, Sr. Human Resources Representative - Global Delivery Devices, and Sr. Human Resources Representative - Human Insulin Manufacturing. Wayne started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager in Human Resources and Change Management Consulting Group.

Wayne Bush attended Brigham Young University from 1984 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Wayne also completed minors in Economics, Accounting, and Portuguese during their time at the university. Afterward, Wayne furthered their education at Brigham Young University from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Organizational Behavior degree.
