André van Vliet

André van Vliet serves as a non-executive board member at Pensioenfonds ABP since February 2016, representing employees and chairing the Audit Committee, with a prior role on various committees over six years. André is also a board member of the Pensioenfederatie since January 2021 and a board member at Stichting Zelfregulering Pensioenfondsen from January 2023. Currently, André is a member of the Supervisory Board at Havensteder, serving on the Audit Committee and chairing the Remuneration Committee as of 2023. Additionally, André holds positions as chair and treasurer of the Van Ravesteyn Fonds and participates in the Financial Committee at VTW. With previous board roles at Het Nederlandse Pensioenfonds and Stichting Pensioenfonds Hoogovens, André also has a longstanding involvement with investment committees. André obtained a Master's degree in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Ph.D. in Operations Research, alongside a Certified Pension Consultant qualification from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
