Nick Molly

Nick Molly is an experienced project leader currently employed at Havensteder since October 2022. From January 2018 to September 2022, Nick served as a property manager at Hello Housing bv, and prior to that, worked in similar roles at Camelot Europe Netherlands and MVGM, focusing on property management and student housing. Nick began the professional journey at Ymere as a project medewerker in 2012 and later joined Redconcepts as a junior concept developer. An early internship at Bright allowed for the completion of a bachelor's thesis on consumer desires and lifestyles. Educationally, Nick holds a professional course in vastgoedmanagement from De Haagse Hogeschool and a BBA in management, economics, and law from Avans University of Applied Sciences, supported by additional studies at Niels Brock and Ds. Pierson College.
