Theo den Ouden has over 20 years of experience in the maintenance and construction sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader for the Service Team Onderhoud at Havensteder since July 2011, Theo has held various roles including Kwartiermaker, Onderhoudsinspecteur, and Mutatie opzichter verkoop. Prior to joining Havensteder, valuable experience was gained at PWS Rotterdam as an Allround vakman and at Timmer- Aannem.bedr. F. van Meijeren B.V. as a Timmerman. Theo's educational background includes training from institutions such as Boertien Vergouwen Overduin and the Vastgoed Business School, among others, focusing on property management and maintenance.
