Urias Santos Bakker

Urias Santos Bakker has extensive experience in the housing and urban development sector. Currently serving as Directeur Onderhoud & Ontwikkeling at Havensteder since February 2017, Urias has also held the position of Lid Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Architectuur Instituut Rotterdam AIR since April 2021. Previously, Urias worked at Woonstad Rotterdam from June 2009 to February 2017, where roles included Directeur Strategie en Communicatie and Senior Projectleider Markt en Klant. Prior experience includes marketing for Blauwhoed Eurowoningen and interim professional roles in Volkshuisvesting and Ruimtelijke Ordening starting from 2005. Urias holds a Master's degree in Human Geography from the University of Amsterdam and has pursued additional education at San Francisco State University and De Baak.
