Gregor Ogilvie MCIOB is an experienced project director currently employed at Haventus Limited since February 2023. Prior to this role, Gregor held the position of managing director at Change Construction from January 2023 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing construction project management with a focus on buildability and methodology. Haventus
Haventus is an energy transition facilities provider, offering pivotal infrastructure for the offshore wind industry. The company identifies, redevelops, and manages strategic sites to enable the renewable energy sector to develop at scale. Haventus’ mission is to serve the global imperative for a net zero future. Our first facility is under development at Ardersier Port, located near Inverness in Scotland. The site is on the Moray Firth, a prime location to serve the offshore wind market. Ardersier Energy Transition Facility will provide Scotland’s largest facility on the North Sea coast for deploying and servicing offshore wind installations. The 450-acre site is accessed via an initial >650 metres of quay, with a further 1 kilometre of quay development forming the centrepiece of the site’s future expansion. The facility will be key to deploying offshore wind projects over the next decade and an important enabler to Scotland achieving net zero by 2045. Ardersier Energy Transition Facility is a designated tax site within the Inverness and Cromarty Firth Green Freeport area. This status unlocks various tax and customs incentives and benefits for businesses establishing facilities in the Green Freeport area.
