Christina Crouse

Christina Crouse, CAM, serves as the DSM Area Manager and Property Manager at Haverkamp Properties, directing operations for the Johnston/Grimes portfolio since December 2015. Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, resident relations, property maintenance, and team leadership across various support staff. Previously, Christina contributed as an Assistant Manager and Manager in Training for the Ankeny portfolio and as a Leasing Consultant in the Des Moines office, enhancing occupancy rates through effective resident retention and leasing strategies. Additionally, Christina owns and operates Christina's, a business established in June 2012. Academically, Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand View University and an Associate's degree in Health and Beauty Management from Iowa Central Community College, along with a State Cosmetology License from La' James International College Des Moines.
