Currently serving as Operations Manager and HR & Payroll Representative at Havertys Furniture since September 2011, Ian focuses on improving inventory accuracy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and performance metrics. Previously, Ian held the position of Head Coach & Tournament Director at Palm Beach Soccer Academy, where responsibilities included mentoring youth players and organizing competitive events. Ian also served as Program Manager & Volunteer Coordinator at the USO, providing vital support to American troops, and as Branch Manager at IBC Bank, overseeing staff hiring and customer service initiatives.
