Jim Adkins is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, management, and employee development. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Assessments Manager and Manager of People Services at Havertys Furniture since July 2013, Jim has effectively managed various HR functions. Previous positions include HR Business Partner roles at Talent4U and MSL GROUP AMERICAS, where Jim provided strategic HR support and crisis management leadership. Additional experience includes HR roles at Momentum Worldwide, Central Ohio Transit Authority, and Saks Fifth Avenue, with a focus on recruitment, training initiatives, and overall HR strategy. Jim holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Business from Wright State University.
