Wendy Moza possesses extensive experience in real estate and facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate and Facilities at Havertys Furniture since February 2019, following roles including Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager and Real Estate Manager. Prior to this, Wendy demonstrated expertise at CBRE as a Real Estate Manager overseeing a portfolio of 12 retail locations and over 200 tenants. Wendy previously held property management positions at Havertys Furniture, Kingston Commercial, Greystar, Sagebrush Companies, and Stonemark, showcasing a strong track record in financial oversight, customer service, and operational leadership across various properties. Wendy is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Kennesaw State University, complementing an Associate's degree obtained from Georgia State University.
