Caspar Gibilaro

Caspar Gibilaro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Caspar has held various roles in different companies. Caspar started their career at Rolfe and Nolan, where they worked as an Operations Shift Leader and later as an Operations Support Analyst. Caspar then became the Senior Operations Support Analyst and eventually the Operations Support Manager in the same company. In 2007, they joined Groupe Aeroplan as an Infrastructure Manager. In 2009, they moved to Aimia Inc, where they held multiple positions including Production and Infrastructure Manager, HEAD OF ENTERPRISE SERVICES, Infrastructure Director, and Director of Infrastructure Design & Engineering. Their responsibilities involved creating and implementing strategic infrastructure designs, evaluating new market technology offerings, and ensuring security and compliance. Since 2018, Caspar has been working at HAVI as the Director of Technology Infrastructure Architecture and Transformation and then as the Director of Global Infrastructure Solutions. In these roles, they have been responsible for creating and implementing infrastructure designs, researching new technology solutions, and managing a global team.

Caspar Gibilaro attended Archbishop Michael Ramsey School from 1979 to 1984. Afterward, they studied Mathematics and Physics at Kingsway Princeton College from 1984 to 1986.
