Douglas Darden

Douglas Darden is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong track record in governance, risk, and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Information Security Officer at HAVI since 2021, Darden has transformed the security organization and enhanced security awareness culture. Previous roles include Senior Security Contract Consultant at VerSprite Cybersecurity, where leadership of a 15-member team led to improved operational processes, and Manager of Information Security at Wynn Las Vegas, where Darden directed a security engineering team for new property openings. Darden's extensive experience also includes managerial positions at Northrop Grumman, Leidos, and CACI International Inc, as well as a notable tenure with the US Army, culminating in the role of Senior Information Technology Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix.
