Joris Klazen

Joris Klazen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in finance and controlling. Starting with their most recent position at HAVI as the VP Corporate Controlling, they led a team responsible for FP&A, Investment Control, and BI solutions in the Logistics division. Prior to that, they worked at Cargill, where they served as the Director of Finance for the Animal Nutrition division, overseeing a centralized finance function operating in 38 countries. Joris also held the role of Global Finance Transformation Lead, driving a comprehensive redesign of Finance in the global Enterprise. Additionally, Joris worked as a Finance Director for both a fast-growing manufacturing company and Cargill's shipping business in Singapore. Joris has also held positions at TNT Spring Singapore, TNT Parcelservice, and TNT Spring Netherlands, accumulating extensive financial control experience.

Joris Klazen completed their Master's degree in Economics from Tilburg University between 1995 and 2002. Later, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued an Executive Master's degree in Finance and Control, specializing in Economics, from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
