Lisa Elkareh

Lisa Elkareh has extensive experience in the field of design and strategy. Lisa currently works at HAVI as a Design Strategy Lead, where they are responsible for leading the global development of a reusable packaging system for the largest restaurant in the world. Their role involves working with cross-functional teams to integrate design excellence with supply chain systems and optimize design capabilities through thought leadership.

Before joining HAVI, Lisa worked at Unilever as an Industrial Designer from 2011 to 2014. Lisa also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bridgeport from 2011 to 2012, where they shared their industry knowledge and expertise with students.

Lisa has had various freelance roles as an Industrial Designer, including working with Lazy Susan, Group 4, and Spark Design LLC. Lisa also gained valuable experience as an Industrial Designer at Frontgate from 2007 to 2009.

Early in their career, Lisa pursued design co-op opportunities at Nike, Product Ventures, and K-Swiss Global Brands, where they developed their skills and gained practical experience in the industry.

Lisa Elkareh attended the University of Cincinnati from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design. In 1999 and 2000, they studied Industrial and Product Design at the University of Canberra. Lisa also attended Miami University from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
