Lori Duggan

Lori Duggan, CPA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles at McDonald's Corporation and HAVI. Lori has served as the Head of Global Rewards & NA People Operations at HAVI since 2023. Prior to that, they held several roles at McDonald's, including Director of Total Rewards, Director of US Human Resources - Benefits and Compensation, and Director of North American Shared Services. Lori also has experience as Director of Employee Service Center and Manager of Payroll Service Center at McDonald's Corporation. Throughout their career, they have been involved in strategic planning, policy creation, talent review processes, and the implementation of process enhancements to increase efficiencies. Lori has a comprehensive understanding of employee total compensation and has built trusted partnerships with senior leaders and people team leaders.

Lori Duggan, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance & Accounting from Eastern Illinois University. Lori is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Illinois.
