Olga Gerasymchuk

Olga Gerasymchuk is a seasoned professional in forecasting and analytics, currently serving as Sr Manager for North America Forecasting at HAVI since March 2013, effectively overseeing the delivery of forecasting services to McDonald's in the US and Canada. Olga has successfully collaborated with various teams to implement technologies and processes enhancing planning capabilities. Previous roles include Analytics Manager, where Olga led a team in developing machine learning algorithms and reporting services for Canada McDonald's, and Analytics Project Manager, focused on improving forecasting methods. Olga began their career as a Senior Analyst at HAVI and has experience in data management and research with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Olga holds an M.A. in Financial Economics from Carleton University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
