Sema Güler

Sema Güler is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Country Finance Head at HAVI since January 2018, Sema is responsible for all financial activities, building finance strategy, and managing local finance teams while coordinating with the Finance Hub in Poland. Previously held roles include Finance Manager and Financial Controlling Manager at HAVI, Responsible Manager at DTI Implant Systems, and Budget & Control Senior Specialist at AVEA, where Sema managed budgets and conducted financial analyses. Earlier professional beginnings included auditing at KPMG, specializing in IFRS and US GAAP standards. Sema holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and International Financial Reporting from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Marmara University.
