Zeynep Peker

Zeynep Peker has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Public Relations Specialist at Middle East Technical University. In 2007, they joined L'Oréal as an HR Generalist and later held positions as an HR Business Partner and Learning and Development Manager. In 2011, they became a Lancôme Key Account Manager before transitioning to a Learning Lead role at ING in 2017. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Wärtsilä, leading change projects and supporting talent and culture development. Currently, they hold the position of HR Global People Director - Technology at HAVI starting in 2023.

Zeynep Peker holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008. Zeynep also completed a Business English course at EF Executive Language Institute in 2004. Their high school education was completed at Mehmet Emin Resulzade Anatolian High School from 1996 to 2003. Additionally, Zeynep has obtained various certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials from Scrum Alliance in 2021, Mindfulness Based Yoga Instructor 200 hours from Yoga Alliance in 2021, Certified Innovation Leader (CIL) from ING in 2018, Nonviolent communication from L'Oréal in 2013, Competency Based Interview Techniques from L'Oréal in 2010, and several Certified Agile Leadership certifications from Scrum Alliance in 2021.
