Gregory Luczny

Gregory Luczny has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Gregory is currently the Vice President of Operations at Havis, Inc. Gregory previously held the position of Director of Operations North America at GGB Bearing Technology from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SPS Technologies as the Director of Operations and later as the Business Unit Director. Before that, they served as the Manager of Operational Excellence, Works Manager/Director of Operations, Works Manager, and Production Manager at Griffin Pipe. Gregory started their career at United States Steel Corporation as the Department Manager in Galvanizing and later as the Maintenance Manager & Project Engineer.

Gregory Luczny completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey from 1994 to 1998. Gregory then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Drexel University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Gregory Luczny obtained the certification of 4DX Certified Manager & Coach from FranklinCovey in April 2013.
