Max Rogers

Max Rogers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Havis, Inc. since June 2022, Max also holds the position of Operating Partner at Michigan Capital Advisors LLC since 2019. Previous roles include President/CEO at HFI from 2016 to 2018 and President/CEO - North America at Grupo Antolin from 2010 to 2014. Max has a solid foundation in private equity support and management services through prior experience as Operating Partner at Michigan Capital Partners and President at Raravis Ventures. Max's earlier career includes significant positions at Delphi Automotive Systems as Vice President and at TRW as Director of Business and Customer Development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MS in Business Administration from Michigan State University, and an MS in Aerospace Systems from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
