Sam Barall has extensive work experience in sales, particularly in the enterprise vertical. Sam started at Dell in 2002 as an Account Executive and worked there until 2005. In 2011, they joined Havis, Inc. where they held various roles. Sam initially served as a Southeast Regional Sales Manager until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they became the National Sales Manager - Enterprise, responsible for revenue activities in the enterprise vertical across the country and managing strategic alliances. Sam also assisted in new product development. Currently, Sam Barall holds the position of Director of Enterprise Sales at Havis, Inc.
Sam Barall's education history begins in 1992 when they enrolled at The University of Alabama. Sam pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and completed their studies in 1997. Following their undergraduate education, Sam pursued a Masters degree in Education/Exercise Physiology at Western Carolina University. Sam attended the university from 1997 to 1999.
After a significant gap in their education, Sam returned to school in 2012 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business. Sam completed their MBA in 2014. In 2016, Sam attended The Wharton School and completed the program "Leading the Effective Sales Force." Sam furthered their time at The Wharton School in 2017, where they completed the program "Strategic Persuasion Workshop: The Art and Sciences of Selling Ideas." In 2018, Sam attended another program at The Wharton School called "Becoming a Leader of Leaders: Pathways for Success."
Throughout their educational journey, Sam also obtained additional certifications. In 2020, they completed the program "Leveraging Neuroscience for Business Impact - LIVE Virtual" offered by Wharton Executive Education. Sam then obtained the certification "Effective Decision Making: Thinking Critically and Rationally" from the same institution in 2022.
