Daiva Butkunas

Daiva Butkunas has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Daiva is currently the Vice President of Operations at Havoc Shield, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Havoc Shield from June 2021 to July 2022.

In 2020, Daiva founded Pandemic Pods/ Teacher Placement Agency, where they played a pivotal role in connecting in-home teachers and tutors with families during the pandemic. Daiva also facilitated the creation of remote learning pods and provided guidance to overwhelmed families and educational professionals.

From 2017 to 2020, Daiva worked as the Director of Operations & Estate Manager at a Private Family Office. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Risk & Compliance at ZG Worldwide: Business Consultants - Software - Subject Matter Experts from 2013 to 2017.

Before that, Daiva held the position of Risk & Compliance Manager at Northern Trust Corporation from 2011 to 2013. Daiva began their career at EY in 2007, working in Banking and Capital Markets - Management Consulting/ Advisory Services until 2011.

Daiva Butkunas completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Miami University, earning it between the years 2003 and 2007.
