Michael K Griffith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the General Manager for F&B at the Hawaii Convention Center since March 2023, Michael previously held a significant role as a Board Member and Allied Partner with the Hawaii Restaurant Association from April 2018 to March 2023. Additionally, Michael worked as the Hawaii Region Sales Manager for JTM Food Group from January 2018 to March 2023. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completed between 1984 and 1993, and also possesses a High School Diploma from Saint Louis High School Hawaii.
