Jane McCloughlin

Jane McCloughlin has extensive experience in operations management and contract negotiation within the healthcare sector. Currently, Jane serves as Operations Manager at Hawaii Family Dental since January 2019, focusing on improving health services in Hawaii. From October 2012 to February 2015, Jane held the position of Director of Payer Solutions at Smile Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included negotiating Delegated Agreements and implementing a new credentialing program, significantly increasing provider enrollment. Prior experience includes roles as Contracts Manager at Apria HealthCare and Underwriting & Contracts Coordinator at Delta Dental. Jane holds a degree in Oral Surgery Nursing from USC, completed between 1981 and 1983.
