Donna Wegner

Donna Wegner has a diverse and extensive work experience. Donna is currently working as the Director of Risk Management at Hawaii Gas since June 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Audit Officer at MIC Global Services from December 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of VP Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk at GameStop from March 2016 to December 2019 and at SunEdison from February 2015 to March 2016. Donna also worked at Celanese, where they held multiple positions including VP Internal Audit and Chief Risk Officer from January 2005 to February 2015 and Director/Senior Director SEC Reporting and Corporate Accounting from October 1999 to January 2005. Before joining Celanese, they worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG from September 1993 to October 1999.

Donna Wegner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Professional Accounting from Rutgers Graduate School - Newark.
