Ailin John

Ailin John is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and project implementation, currently serving as the Senior Manager and ServiceNow Platform Product Owner at HMSA Blue Cross Blue Shield of Hawaii since May 2012. In this role, Ailin manages the IT Client Solutions Team and oversees the ServiceNow Platform, driving digital transformation initiatives and aligning platform strategy with business objectives. Prior to this, Ailin held positions at PCLender as Senior Vice President of Implementation and Professional Services and Project Manager, as well as various project and customer support roles at other organizations.
