David Dobbs is an accomplished professional in the field of data and analytics, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Data Officer at HMSA since January 2021, where responsibilities include leveraging data to enhance business strategy and health outcomes in Hawaii. David’s extensive experience also includes roles at Leidos Health, Paragon Solutions, CheckFree Corporation, Andersen Business Consulting, and Deloitte Consulting, where expertise in project management, process transformation, and technology implementation was demonstrated.
