Kenneth Vadnais

Kenneth Vadnais is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in automation and unified communications since joining HMSA in December 2016. In this role, Kenneth focuses on identifying and automating processes within the Unified Communications Team, which supports Cisco-based communication solutions. Prior to HMSA, Kenneth worked at Microsoft from October 2001 to September 2015, holding various engineering roles, including Services Engineer in O365 Foundation Engineering Labs, where Kenneth managed a complex infrastructure of physical and virtual servers. Kenneth's earlier experience includes serving as IT Manager at InQuest Inc/Rent Collect Global from April 1995 to October 2000, overseeing the company's technology and IT infrastructure. Kenneth studied Bio-Mechanical Engineering at Cerritos College and Cypress College, though no degrees were obtained.
