Rick Walter

Rick Walter has extensive experience in change management and configuration release, currently serving as a Senior Change Management Engineer at Hawaii Medical Service Association since 2000, with a focus on ServiceNow administration, workload automation, and version control tools management. Previously, Rick held various roles encompassing application development, change control administration, and claims configuration, contributing to the development of project workflows and government compliance audits. Additionally, Rick has volunteered as a coordinator for UH - Na Koa since 2004 and has held managerial positions in operations and sales across different organizations. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the American Public University System.
