James Reyes has extensive experience in customer service and automotive industries, currently serving as a Patient Service Representative at Hawaii Pacific Health since August 2019. Prior to this role, James worked as a self-employed driver and held positions such as Service Advisor at Mercedes Benz of Honolulu and Service Consultant at Lithia Auto Stores, where responsibilities included diagnosing automotive issues, managing service requests, and facilitating communication between customers and technicians.
