Dr. Wotring received his Bachelor of Science from Baylor University, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where he also completed his residency in pediatrics. Dr. Wotring joined Kauai Medical Clinic in 1993 and is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Wotring has been a director of Kauai Medical Clinic since 2013 (Board Chair since 2018), and has been a director of Hawaii Pacific Health since December 2022.
