Joy Tomita Anderson

Joy Tomita Anderson is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Prince Waikiki since September 2019. Prior to this role, Joy was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Queen Kapiolani Hotel, where significant efforts were made in rebranding and repositioning the hotel. Joy also held the position of Director of Sales at The Modern Honolulu, contributing to its launch as Hawaii's first luxury lifestyle hotel. Previous experience includes a Sales Manager role at Hotels & Resorts of Halekulani, focusing on new business development, and a Sales Manager position at Oahu Visitors Bureau, enhancing brand awareness of Oahu. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by a minor in Dance/Theater.
