Kristi Oda is an experienced educator with a tenure at the Hawaii State Department of Education since August 1996, currently serving as a State Office Teacher and as a facilitator for the Hawaii State Teacher Fellows Program. Kristi has a rich background in curriculum development, teacher support, and innovation in education, contributing to various publications and launching Innovation Grant cohorts aimed at enhancing student outcomes. In addition, Kristi has served as a Microcredential Assessor for the NEA and has facilitated professional learning for National Board Certified Teacher candidates through the Hawaii State Teachers Association.
