Hawai‘i Symphony Orchestra
Carlo Malanima is a seasoned musician with a distinguished career as a Professore d'Orchestra, serving at Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice since December 1987 and previously with Fondazione Festival Puccini and Orchestra Haydn. In addition to orchestral roles, Carlo has been an Orchestra Musician with the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra since December 2014. Carlo also owned a private teaching studio, specializing in Suzuki Talent Education, from September 2014 to July 2016, where extensive experience was gained in instructing students from age 4 to adults. Educational credentials include an Advanced Certificate in Viola Performance from The Juilliard School and degrees from Accademia Chigiana and Istituto Musicale Pietro Mascagni, culminating in a Doctorate in Viola.
