Lee Patterson

Lee Patterson is an experienced executive specializing in technology and customer experience within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as SVP of Technology and Customer Experience at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill since February 2022, Lee previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2008 to 2017, including Senior Vice President of Brand, Strategy and Business Development. Prior to this, Lee was a Principal Consultant at Patterson Consulting from 2017 to 2022 and served as Director of Restaurant Systems at Applebee's from 2003 to 2008.
