Austin Tom

Austin Tom serves as the Business Development Manager at Hawaiian Earth Recycling, overseeing operations at the largest compost producer in the state. Simultaneously, Austin manages operations for Windward Snow Shave Ice Company, coordinating events and staff. Previous roles include Diversified Agriculture and Small Livestock Manager at Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Inc., and owning a sustainable farm, Punalu'u Pastures. Austin has gained extensive agricultural experience through various roles, starting as a Farmhand at Green Growers and UCSC Center for Agroecology. In 2023, Austin participated in the Agricultural Leadership Program Class XVII. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
