Hawaiian Electric also owns all the common securities of HECO Capital Trust III (a Delaware statutory trust), Renewable Hawaii, Inc. and Uluwehiokama Biofuels Corp. (UBC). Hawaiian Electric serves the island of Oahu and Hawaii Electric Light serves the island of Hawaii.
