David Basilio

David Basilio has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. David started their career as an Intern at Hawaii Pacific Health in May 2007. Later, they joined the City and County of Honolulu in December 2007 as a Data Processing Systems Analyst, where their responsibilities included Business Objects report development and web administration. In 2011, David joined Hawaiian Electric as a Development Specialist until November 2013. David then transitioned to the role of Report Developer and System Administrator for various departments within Hawaiian Electric, utilizing their expertise in database audit, bank interface, legacy system reporting, and system administration. Most recently, David holds the position of Lead Functional Analyst at Hawaiian Electric, where they are responsible for various functional analysis tasks.

David Basilio attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information and Computer Sciences.
