Fabio van Den Bylaardt

Fabio van den Bylaardt, PMP, is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in organizational change and financial management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at First Hawaiian Bank since August 2019, Fabio previously held the role of Finance Director at PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter in 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining and presenting financial records. As an Organizational Change Project Manager for Hawaiian Electric, Fabio focused on change management strategies during an SAP ERP implementation. Additional project management experience includes positions at Oceanview Roofing and EPC Excellence Center, as well as roles in contract management and project coordination at Petrobras and ABEMI. Fabio holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Change from Hawaii Pacific University and multiple post-baccalaureate qualifications, including Project Management and Strategic and Economic Management.
