Lester Hew

Lester Hew is an experienced IT professional specializing in Unix system administration and network administration. Currently serving as a Senior Unix System Administrator at Hawaiian Electric Company since May 2008, Lester Hew has worked extensively with technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, and various backup solutions. Previously, as a Network Administrator at AIG Hawaii from June 2000 to March 2008, Lester Hew successfully migrated the network infrastructure from NT4/Netware to Windows 2000 and deployed multiple Exchange servers. Lester Hew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earned between 1983 and 1989.
