Keith P. Russell

Within three major financial institutions, Mr. Russell served as an executive and/or Director and held domestic and international positions in all areas of banking, finance, capital markets and risk management. He has served on numerous panels on corporate governance and strategic direction.

Mr. Russell’s years of executive leadership experience in financial service operations, particularly as an executive officer of a major lender to the electric utility industry, contribute invaluable expertise to the Board. His prior service as Chief Risk Officer of a large financial institution strengthens the Board’s risk management capabilities.
