With previous experience as an Operations Manager in the home building industry and as the Student-Athlete Development & NCAA Life Skills Coordinator at The University of Texas at El Paso, Chelsea has showcased their leadership and organizational skills in various roles. With a background in Biological Sciences and Psychology, Chelsea brings a unique blend of expertise to their current role.
