Josette Murai, CMP, CPCE, has extensive experience in the hospitality and event management industry, currently serving as Senior Sales Administration Manager at the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau since March 2008. In this role, Josette collaborates with the marketing department to organize meetings and convention events for the Meet Hawaii team. Previous positions include Catering Sales Manager at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, Event Manager at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, and various roles at Mauna Kea Resort. Josette began the career as a Sales Coordinator and has developed a strong foundation in sales and event coordination since earning a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Hawai‘i System.
