Kathleen Dever

Kathleen Dever has over 30 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Kathleen started their career in 1984 as a Marketing Coordinator at Stouffer Hotels & Resorts, where they assisted with marketing research and uncovered new business opportunities. Kathleen then moved on to Maui Inter-Continental Resort in 1985, where they worked as a Regional Sales Coordinator. In 1988, they joined Camino Real Hotels & Resorts - Westin Mexico as a Regional Sales Manager, representing 5 premier resorts throughout Mexico and focusing on the incentive travel market. Kathleen worked at Camino Real Hotels & Resorts until 1991. Kathleen then joined Kapalua Bay Hotel in 1992 as a Regional Sales Manager and remained there until 1996. Most recently, they worked at Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau / Meet Hawaii as the Regional Director of Sales from 1996 onwards.
