Trevor Newman

Trevor Newman is currently the Director of Citywide Sales at Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau, where Trevor aggressively researches and qualifies potential customers to bring business to the Hawai‘i Convention Center and hotel partners. Prior to this role, Trevor served as a Senior Sales Manager at Hawaii Convention Center, managing local group sales activities and building relationships with clients to secure repeat business. Trevor also has experience as a Sales Manager and Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where Trevor prospecting and secured local groups and managed offshore citywide contracts and incentives. With a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Trevor has a strong background in sales and marketing coordination in the events and hospitality industry.
